25th Annual NOLA Designer Costume Bazaar
If you are still looking for a Mardi Gras costume or need to accessorize your outfit, check out Threadhead Cultural Foundation’s 25th Annual NOLA Designer Costume Bazaar to be held on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at the Healing Center, 2327 St. Claude Avenue. Organized in 2009, Threadhead Cultural Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports New Orleans’ cultural heritage in music and other artistic achievements. The bazaar features a large selection of costumes and various Mardi Gras fashions including masks, hats and other accessories created by over 20 creative designers. Threadhead Cultural Foundation utilizes events such as the NOLA Designer Costume Bazaar to raise funds for grants awarded to artists and their projects.
