Ambrosia Botanicals LLC is bringing Camu Camu to market from Peru to Louisiana this Spring! Just what is Camu Camu?  Considered one of the most powerful fruits on the planet, Camu Camu is a small, bushy, riverside tree bearing red/purple, cherry like berries.  These berries are highly rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants, astringent, emollient and anti-inflammatory properties. Although Camu Camu is very acidic and tart, it can be eaten fresh or served in smoothies, ice cream juices or jellies.  For the first time ever, Camu Camu fruit trees will be available to Louisiana consumers on a limited supply this spring through Ambrosia Botanicals LLC.   To reserve your Camu Camu trees now, check out Ambrosia Botanicals Facebook Page at https://m.facebook.com/ambrosiabotanicalsllc/  and comment on the pinned post.   Abrosia Botanicals LLC can also be contacted at gregory.arabie@ambrosiabotanicalsllc.com.   All reservations will be forwarded to Banting's Nursery, LaCombe.  Camu Camu trees will cost $25-$35 each.
