Join Bike Easys Pedal Powered Parade

Come join the Spring Bicycle Second Line on May 13, 2017 from 10:30 AM till 1:00 PM. The event is sponsored by Bike Easy, a mostly volunteer organization that teaches people about the rules of the road and skills for riding in traffic with all the new bike lanes. The organization accomplishes this through workshops and visiting schools where licensed instructors teach students both biking and walking safety. In addition to education, Bike Easy also offers events such as the Spring Bicycle Second Line to encourage people to bicycle while showing them how much fun it can be. The upcoming Second Line will meet at City Park Dreyfous Meadows (in front of NOMA) at 10:30 AM and will be led by a live brass band.You will bicycle through the streets of New Orleans just like a traditional second line parade and end at Second Line Brewing, 433 N. Bernadotte for an after party. The event is free and open to the public. Click on the link that follows for additional information:
