LA Crawfish Festival Chalmette

Come enjoy some fantastic crawfish at the Louisiana Crawfish Festival to be held in Chalmette on March 23-26, 2017 at the Frederick J. Sigur Civic Center, 8245 W. Judge Perez Drive! In addition to boiled crawfish, there will be pie, jambalaya, pasta and bread, all prepared with crawfish. The festival dates back to 1975 and is always a much awaited event, not only in St. Bernard, but also in the neighboring parishes. Attendance has grown to over 140,000 visitors. You will enjoy live music, including several Cajun bands, handmade arts and crafts and lots of carnival games and rides.
