The long-awaited play Beautiful, The Carole King Musical is coming to New Orleans on March 7-12, 2017 at the Saenger Theatre.  To see dates and times of performances, go to the website at: The musical explores Carole King’s rise to fame from her beginnings in Brooklyn to becoming one of the most successful solo singing legends. Her career began in the 1960’s while working with her husband writing songs for other artists. Her career took off in the 1970’s when she began singing her own songs, accompanying herself on the piano and turning out hits such as “Natural Born Woman”, “I Feel the Earth Move” and “One Fine Day”. During her long career, she has collaborated with James Taylor and Joni Mitchell, has won 4 Grammy Awards and was a 2015 Kennedy Center Honoree. For tickets and information on tickets, go to:
