Get ready for the 31st annual Tennessee Williams Literary Festival to be held on March 22-26, 2017! The festival showcases the talents of writers, actors, musicians and other artists.   This year 130 authors, actors and musicians will be on hand for the 5-day festival as speakers, master class instructors and contestants in poetry, fiction and drama. On Friday, March 23, the Tennessee Williams Scholars Conference takes place, in which scholars discuss different aspects of Williams’ art. Also on Friday Dick Cavett will be on hand to discuss “The Art of the Interview”. Throughout the festival there will be a variety of writing workshops, theatrical performances and literary panels. The last day of the festival features the famous “Stellaaaa!!!” Shouting Contest.
