Get ready for Carnaval Latino, to be held on September 30, 2017 at the Sugarmill, 1021 Convention Center Blvd. in New Orleans. The festival is presented by the Hispanic-American Musicians and Artists Cultural Association during Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 - October 15) and showcases various aspects of Hispanic culture, including music, dance, food and art. This family-friendly festival that began 18 years ago is free and will help you learn about the rich heritage of the Latino culture in New Orleans.
